On December 9, 2023, An Thái’s leadership team and middle management participated in the training program titled “Transforming Key Skills for Change”.
The Transforming Key Skills for Change approach is a strategic initiative that fosters core capabilities within teams, building strong foundations and enhancing organizational resilience.
An Thái’s management team was equipped with personal positioning tools (KASH) to assess their personal brand, performance management methods (AMO), task delegation techniques, and job guidance methods (SSDC), along with principles such as Skill/Will, 5W2C, and 5S.
With a shared commitment to progress, An Thái’s management team is poised to drive improvements, boost performance, and, most importantly, train a flexible and adaptive KEY PERSON team, capable of efficiently navigating task transitions during times of change.
