Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing the company and its products to potential clients.

This role will primarily focus on new business development by generating external leads, with occasional assignments of internal leads.

The Sales Representative will oversee business activities, contribute to and execute business strategies, manage customer relationships, and achieve business objectives. Additionally, they will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Preferably with experience in sales/business development and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prefer candidates with experience in the automotive industry and automotive parts market.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields.
  • Hardworking, honest, and highly responsible.

  • Salary: 9,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND
