中文 (中国)On August 28-29, 2024, Mrs. Lương Hương Giang, Deputy CEO of An Thái Automobile Mechanical Co., Ltd, participated and shared her experience in the “Professional Presentation Skills” training course organized by the Thai Binh Young Entrepreneurs Association. The program attracted over 60 participants from various businesses and the Ministry of Industry and Trade staff in Thai Binh, with the goal of enhancing presentation and communication skills in the modern business environment.
The training course, focusing on “Professional Presentation Skills,” was co-organized by the Thai Binh Young Entrepreneurs Association’s Communications and Training Department and the Thai Binh Department of Industry and Trade.
The opening ceremony was attended by:

- Mr. Vũ Ngọc Đại – Member of the Executive Committee, Head of Communications and Training Department
Along with other participants from both inside and outside the Association.
Training Course Goals:
The training course aimed to help participants improve their presentation and professional communication skills. The main objectives of the course included:
- Mastering and controlling the presentation process effectively.
- Receiving and responding to information efficiently.
- Leading participants towards achieving common goals.
- Handling complex situations during presentations.
- Identifying effective negotiation strategies.
- Preparing for and executing successful negotiations.
- Concluding negotiations with mutually beneficial outcomes.
This course not only enhances communication and presentation skills but also brings practical value to leaders and employees. After completing the course, each individual is equipped with essential presentation skills, which can be applied effectively in their daily work. For leaders, these skills assist in presenting strategies, persuading teams and partners, while for employees, the course helps improve communication and interaction in the workplace, contributing to the sustainable development and overall effectiveness of the company.

Mr. Trần Đức Cảnh, after completing the course, shared his thoughts on the program: “The course was truly valuable, with the instructor delivering the content excellently, with high energy and clear, concise explanations. Most of the participants were middle-level managers and leaders, so we were able to absorb and apply the knowledge effectively. What impressed me the most was the section on body language skills, as it is easy to apply and helps me feel more confident when presenting.
