The 1702D Motor Vehicle Inspection Center operates under the authority of the Vietnam Register, strictly adhering to the national standards TCVN: ISO 9001. This project, initiated by An Thái, aligns with the government’s policy of socializing motor vehicle inspection services. The objective is to mobilize societal resources and capital to enhance inspection activities, accommodate the increasing number of vehicles, reduce the burden on the state budget, improve inspection quality, and provide maximum convenience for vehicle owners while fostering healthy competition.

Spanning a total area of 20,000 square meters, the center encompasses inspection buildings, office areas, parking facilities, and modern infrastructure with green landscapes. The vehicle inspection area is equipped with advanced testing devices and inspection pits, operating on two inspection lines, with a maximum capacity of 140 vehicles per day.
